We maintain more than 500,000 IP transit data points. And this database is updated with approximately 5,000 data points each quarter.

Surveys capture monthly recurring charges and non-recurring installation charges for a sample of locations, port sizes, and committed data rates. Pricing data is updated quarterly.
TeleGeography's IP transit pricing database focuses on primary internet hub cities around the world. Local pricing is provided in emerging markets as they evolve. An annual market overview and price trend analysis complements the current and historical data set.
Using This App
Carrier Postings: IP Transit pricing is reported at the individual carrier price quote level by city, port capacity (Mbps), and CDR (Mbps). Individual providers remain anonymous in the carrier postings, but they are identified with three letters throughout the dataset.
Statistical Summary: Prices are also presented by statistical summary. The statistical summary is comprised of the minimum, median, average, and maximum of all prices recorded for each route and capacity combination within each quarter.
Geographic Coverage: Geographic coverage varies significantly by time and capacity, and continues to evolve. Currently, there are more than 100 cities in the database that are actively tracked. Users can locate prices for connections to Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, Central America, and South America.
