Arch Collaborative research continually demonstrates the effectiveness of education, shared ownership, and the ability to meet unique user needs in improving the clinician EHR experience. In July 2023, KLAS hosted the sixth annual Arch Collaborative Learning Summit-an opportunity for healthcare organizations to collaborate and learn how others are working to improve clinicians' user experiences. 308 leaders from 105 healthcare, HIT vendor, and services firm organizations gathered to share expertise and best practices via panels on maintaining senior leadership buy-in and managing burnout and turnover
