This report is based on Timetric's Construction Intelligence Center (CIC) which is currently tracking power generation construction projects in Europe with a total of capacity of 315.4GW. The total value of this construction projects pipeline (which includes projects from the announced to execution stages) stands at US$920.8 billion. In terms of generating capacity, wind power projects have the largest share of the projects pipeline, with a total of 93.0GW, equivalent to close to 30% of the total. This is followed by nuclear with 87.9GW and gas with 48.1GW.
