onboard UAV platforms, the unmanned vehicles (UAVs) face significant challenges in terms of size,

weight, and power (SWaP). Thereby, the high-performance processing elements used in the modern

UAVs require hardware platforms, which can provide significant support to the additional size and

heat that these UAVs generate. 3U boards are comprehensively used in a number of UAVs. However,

these boards do not have the adequate space to perform the complex processing, the memory

arrays and all the other I/O and high-speed interfaces. Thereby, with the integration of advanced

packages in the board it generates significant amount of heat in the 3U boards and even leads to its

damage.
