This review is the fourth edition of market research of continuous basalt fiber (CBF) and reinforcement materials and its products in the CIS.

The purpose of research - analysis of the market of continuous basalt fiber and reinforcement materials and its products in the CIS.

The object of study is a continuous basalt fiber and reinforcement materials and products based on it.

The chronological scope of the study: 2007-2015, forecast, 2016-2020

Geography research: Russia - a comprehensive detailed analysis, other CIS countries - a brief description.

This work is mainly a "Desk" research. As information sources, we used data of Federal service of state statistics (Rosstat), statistics of railage), Federal customs service of the Russian Federation, Customs Committee of Ukraine.

Also, data of sectoral and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of emitters of securities, Internet-sites of enterprises-manufacturers of continuous basalt fiber and reinforcement articles based on it.

Invaluable assistance in the preparation of this review was provided during a telephone interview with representatives of the companies - manufacturers of continuous basalt fiber and reinforcement articles.

The report consists of 8 chapters, contains 175 pages, 67 tables, 28 figures and Appendix.

The first Chapter provides General information about continuous basalt fiber (CBF), the history of its creation and production technology, physical and chemical properties, fields of application, the comparison with the closest to him material - fiberglass. In addition, this Chapter describes the basic processing technology of continuous basalt fiber.

The second Chapter is devoted to the production of continuous basalt fiber in the CIS. It presents data on volumes and dynamics of production of BCF, as well as information about the main manufacturers of continuous basalt fiber and materials on its basis a description of the main types of products.

The third Chapter describes CBF articles market, detailing characteristics of each segment: basalt-plastic reinforcements, composite flexible connections and basalt reinforcing mesh.

The fourth Chapter presents additional information about disperse reinforcement with basalt fiber. According to the experts of LLC "INFOMINE", in this Chapter without consideration of market reinforcing items and materials from continuous basalt fiber would not be complete.

The fifth Chapter presents data on foreign trade operations with the materials and products on the basis of continuous basalt fiber in Russia and Ukraine in 2007-2015

The sixth Chapter analyzes data on average export and import prices for basalt fiber and materials on its basis in 2007-2015 in addition the analysis of prices in the domestic market of Russia for basalt rebar and similar products made of fiberglass.

The seventh Chapter presents data on dynamics of production and consumption of continuous basalt fiber in Russia in 2010-2015

In the final, eighth Chapter forecast of market development of basalt fiber and basalt rebar in the near future.

And the Appendix contains contact information for manufacturers of continuous basalt fiber and reinforcement articles based on it in the CIS
