Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) also known as Drones are air vehicles which do not carry a human operator, instead they are operated remotely or fly autonomously. Unmanned aerial vehicles has been around for years, but confined to Military sector. However, cost effective & ease of operations has led to incorporation of these systems into commercial space as well.

The overall market can be segmented based on end-user applications into commercial as well as consumer UAS.
