This IDC study presents the results of the European sample of IDC's 2013 Global CloudTrack Survey, focusing on the implications for telcos and network service providers. The survey included 304 small, medium-sized, and large companies in the U.K., Germany, and France across a range of industries and company size categories.

"It is clear that there is significant variation in cloud-related attitudes and behavior between different segments of the market," said James Eibisch, research director, EMEA Telco Cloud Opportunities. "Telcos need to understand these differences, as well as how network providers are perceived by potential customers in the cloud market, and use their unique strengths to raise their visibility and address specific needs."
