"Success for providers of these services demands that they simultaneously develop a strategy to ensure market opportunities such as building a framework of how market segments will impact the scale of outsourced markets (e.g., tipping point, value-add, greenfield) and creating channels to reach SMBs and developing markets while also creating a strategy to transform to a cloud-based services business involving factors such as creating a blueprint of the end-state business model and ecosystem of a cloud service provider, identifying key inflection points and associated time frames, and targeting key game changers that can create differentiation and acceleration."
