The global market for Loyalty Management is projected to reach US$9.2 billion by 2025 trailing a7.4% CAGR over the analysis period. Customer Relationship Management or CRM is one of the most important aspects for almost all businesses and this is what is going to drive the global loyalty management market worldwide.
