Russian retail sales grew from RUB14,008.1 billion in 2009 to RUB18,693.4 billion in 2014 at a CAGR of 5.9%. Food and grocery was the largest category group accounting for 56.2% of total Russian retail sales, which represented a value of RUB10,514.2 billion in 2014.
