ICT Services for SMEs in Western Europe: Forecasts and Analysis 2013-2018
PPT (43 slides); Excel

As revenue from mobile and fixed voice and fixed broadband services declines, operators need to diversify into becoming IT services providers for their SME customers to reduce churn, increase market share and generate new revenue.

There are more than 15 million small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Western Europe, employing more than 180 million people. Western European SMEs will spend EUR38.2 billion on ICT services in 2018.
