目次

The market-leading financial law subscription for lawyers specialising in international finance in banks, corporates and in the private practice.

IFLR is available in print and online as a subscription.

We offer practical, actionable information on everything from deal structures and new rules to interviews with the world's biggest regulators.

IFLR gives readers relevant and timely opinion from international industry leaders and regulators in both major and emerging markets. Our editorial team regularly guide readers through how the leading thinkers are interpreting the law.

IFLR reviews legislative changes and analyses those changes for the benefit of in-house counsel. We filter the market for the most interesting deals from the drafters' perspective and explain why they matter. We will typically review 10-15 of these deals per month. Our in-depth analysis brings readers more than just who is on the deals - we also scrutinise what is in the deals. That way we help readers to understand what the market precedent is, particularly in difficult and evolving emerging markets.

A subscription to IFLR includes:

  • Regular copies of IFLR magazine over 12 months
  • 12 months access to IFLR online, with extra articles not available in the magazine, such as our deals analysis
  • Access to web seminars by leading financial lawyers
  • Regular supplements available online and with the magazine
  • Access to the annual IFLR award results
  • Weekly email bulletins for each of the practice areas available online and any breaking news uncovered by our investigative journalists

Readers can search for the deals we have covered by jurisdiction. This allows readers to understand what the deal history is in that jurisdiction, helping to guide them on their current deal.

IFLR online splits articles into four, easy to navigate, practice areas:

Banking - Our Banking section analyses deal structures within project finance and Islamic finance as well as changing terms in the loan market. For instance, exclusive coverage of the LMA's intercreditor agreement in Europe, cov-lites' changing structures in the US, and innovative project financing in Brazil.

Regulatory - Our Regulatory section brings you developments affecting financial institutions and private equity houses. We've included analysis of global standards such as Basel III. We've split the channel into five sections to make our reader's searches efficient: Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Middle East and Africa. That way readers can quickly find what the precedent is in their chosen market.

Corporate - Our Corporate section provides you with insights on M&A, funds and restructuring. For instance, Mac clauses shifting in Europe, restructuring lessons in the UK and Indonesian private equity tips. We know that deals change all the time so we show readers what the market standard is at that moment in time.

Capital markets - Capital markets gives readers timely analysis on structured finance, debt and equity such as major exchanges revealing listing policies, Eurozone redenomination plans and navigating US derivatives reform. When important changes happen, we'll cover them.
