This report looks at the impact sustainability has had on the food and drinks industry and on some of the ingredients, and describes the current regulatory situation. It points out sustainability strategies adopted by leading players in the industry, lists a number of non-governmental organizations involved in sustainability initiatives, and offers a future outlook based on these findings.
