Abstract

The battleground between mobile offerings and fixed lines in the home is currently proving a testing environment for fixed and mobile telecommunications operators in many markets, with the allure of volume consumer fixed line business tempered by consumer demands for more value-added offerings and cost effectiveness in an increasingly difficult economic climate.
