This IDC Buyer Case Study focuses on how Asia/Pacific SPs are leveraging client virtualization technologies to offer differentiated services to investment brokerages and their customers. IDC conducted interviews with ReadySpace Singapore, a cloud and managed hosting vendor to discuss the proliferation of cloud-based services in the region, as well as how ReadySpace is creating differentiated cloud-based services for one of its fastest growing segment of customers. In this study, IDC will analyze the current trend of cloud-dbase client virtualization solutions in Asia/Pacific, as well as the challenges and opportunities associated with the technology in this region, and the solution provided by ReadySpace to its brokerage customers to help them overcome key barriers to growth. IDC hopes to share insights on how to vendors and SPs can leverage cloud-based client virtualization solutions in innovative ways and as a result, develop their businesses.
