タンパク質の精製と回収

「効果が実証済みの」手法を用いたタンパク質精製技術の刷新というテーマが基調となるこの部会では、生産性の高い細胞培養技術によって生み出された各種の要求に対応するための取り組みを進めるなかで得られた経験などを専門家たちが紹介するケーススタディなどが予定されています。また、アフィニティータグ、電気泳動法、遠心分離、ろ過、クロマトグラフィー、オペレーショナルエクセレンスプログラムの導入によるプロセスの効率化などに関する詳細なプレゼンテーションを通じて精製プロセスを最適化するための方法が明らかにされるほか、従来型の哺乳類系に加え、大腸菌やバキュロウィルス、酵母などの「特殊な」系を含めた各種の発現系に対応する精製技術も紹介されることになっています。
